Cavan Drama Festival 2010 is set to kick off this Friday, March 19, bringing ten nights of top amateur drama to Cavan Town Hall Theatre each evening until Sunday, March 28, when the final play is performed, adjudication takes place and prizes are presented.
Having started in 1945, this is the 64th year of this proud tradition.
The official opening will be by Rev. Craig McCauley. Adjudicator this year is Brian Majoribanks, of the Scottish Association of Speech And Drama Adjudicators.
