Suzanne Millman (née Gaffney)

Wateraughy, Corlismore, Ballinagh, Cavan

Suzanne Millman, (nee Gaffney). Wateraughy. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Pre-deceased by her father Eddie Gaffney. Sadly missed by her son Rian, mother Ann, sister Lily, brother Eamonn, uncle Con McGerty, sister in law Aishling, nephew Oisin, nieces Megan, Erin, and Ellie, relatives, neighbours, & many friends and colleagues.

May she rest in peace.

Suzanne's Funeral Cortège will leave her sister's residence on Sunday morning 29th November to arrive St. Michael's Church, Potahee for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Due to HSE advice and government regulations Suzanne's Funeral will be for family and close friends. Family Flowers only please. Donations in Lieu if desired to Oncology Unit Cavan General Hospital.

Margaret Lynch

Market Avenue, Killeshandra, Cavan

Lynch, Market Avenue, Killeshandra, County Cavan, 27th November 2020, peacefully at Lisdarn Unit for the Elderly, Margaret, deeply regretted by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, neighbours and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Due to ongoing health concerns and current government restrictions, a private Funeral Mass for Margaret will take place on Sunday 29th November at 11am in St. Brigid's Church, Killeshandra, followed by burial in adjoining Cemetery.

Martin Clarke

Drumbroagh, Carrickmacross, Monaghan / Kiltimagh, Mayo

The death has occurred of Martin Clarke, Drumbroagh, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan & formerly of Kiltimagh, County Mayo, peacefully surrounded by his beloved family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Friday, 27th November 2020. Predeceased by his parents Delia and Tom, brothers, sisters and his beloved wife Doreen. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his sons Martin, Kevin and Patrick, daughters-in-law Teresa and Carole, his adored grandchildren John, Kevin, Megan, Emma, Kerry, Shaun, Liam, Shannon, Connor, Laurie and Deborah, great grandchildren Ruby, Rebecca, Darragh and Isabella, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

In an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and in respect of Government Guidelines for Level 5, Martin’s Funeral and burial will be celebrated privately with his family. Martin’s funeral cortège will travel from Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross on Monday morning to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Lisdoonan for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Carrick Cancer Society via CarrickmacrossCancer.ie or via the Donation Box c/o any family member and/or Deery's Funeral Directors, Carrickmacross.

Thomas McHugh

Carricklane, Inniskeen, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Thomas McHugh of Carricklane, Inniskeen, in his 96th year peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Reposing at his residence for family and close friends from 12 noon today, Saturday 28th of November. Removal on Sunday at 12.15 to Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen arriving for 1pm Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetary, Inniskeen.

Thomas, beloved husband of Mary, much loved father of Gerard (Liz), Paul (Olive), Ann-Marie (Fintan) and predeceased by son Patrick. Sadly missed by sisters, Nan Nash [Chicago], Kitty Flood [Nottingham], Rose Dalton [Chicago], predeceased by Cissie Steele and brothers Hughie, Ownie, John and Patsy. Deeply regretted by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Due to Government guidelines, Thomas’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of his family and close friends only.

There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and to remember Thomas by being present on route, socially distanced, on Sunday 29th of November as Thomas is brought from his home via Carricklane, Annagerril, Oghill, Shancoduff and Edenamo to Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen for 1pm Requiem Mass and afterwards for burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
