Investigation following discovery of body
Gardaí are investigating the discovery of a body of a man in the water near Tullyvin, Cootehill, County Cavan, last Monday (June 13, 2022).
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The body was later removed to the mortuary at Cavan General Hospital for a post-mortem to be conducted, the results of which will determine the course of the Garda investigation.
