Dry start with sunny spells and outbreaks of rain later

A dry start with some sunny spells. Becoming cloudier through the morning, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading from the west, turning heavy and persistent at times. Patches of mist too. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees with moderate southwesterly breezes, fresher in coastal regions.

Outbreaks of rain will clear eastwards overnight, followed by scattered showers and clear spells with patches of mist too. Lowest temperatures of 10 and 12 degrees with moderate southwesterly winds, easing and becoming westerly with the clearance of the rain.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, will be a brighter day with a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers spreading from the northwest. Feeling cooler than recent days with highest temperatures reaching between 14 and 17 degrees in light to moderate northwesterly breezes, fresher on the coast.
