The death occurred at Mullingar General Hospital on Saturday, January 9, of Mrs. Marguerite Lynch, nee Reilly, Carlenstown, Castletown, Finea. Her remains were removed from her home on Monday to St. Michael's church, Castletown for concelebrated requiem mass at noon, followed by internment in Finea cemetery.

Mrs. Lynch was a dedicated mother and wife who loved family life and was there for everyone inside and outside the home. She will be sadly missed by her family, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

She is survived by her heartbroken husband David, sons Tom, Philip, Paddy, Sean, David, Liam and Kevin, daughters Mary, Breda and Mairead, sister Maureen, brothers Tommy and Stephen and grandchildren. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

The family would like to thank the medical staff of Mullingar Hospital, neighbours, carers and clergy.
